School bus window shot out while children on board
VANDERGRIFT, Pa. -- A school bus with children inside was shot at in Vandergrift early Tuesday morning, Channel 11 News has learned.
The shooting happened at about 7:30 a.m. along Columbia Avenue.
Authorities said the window of the bus was shattered, but no one was injured. Police are still working to confirm whether it was a bullet or BB that was fired at the bus.
Police were called to investigate and have since cleared the scene.
